Ed - I received all of my chews yesterday - thanks so much for getting them to me so quickly!

I have one question. For the Omega 3 chews, is there a better time of day to take these? Do they contra-indicate with any of my other vitamins? (You know, like not taking calcium within 2 hours of taking iron?)

Hey there. Here is the answer to your question from our Dr. on staff.

They can be taken at any time of the day – absorption might be a bit better if they are taken with or near a meal.  There is no known conflict with any other vitamins.
