Ed - got my Probiotics yesterday - thank you! Before I start taking them, I have a question.

As you know, timing on our vitamins is pretty important, especially around iron. The label on the Probiotics says to take one per day with a meal.

I'd like to take mine with breakfast, but that's when I also take my iron (iron likes an empty tummy, so I take it first thing then eat). Any contraindications to taking the Probiotics with my iron?

Thanks!

Hey Tammy,

Great question I went ahead and sent this question to Dr. J. Once I get an answer I will post it here.  Have you tried it yet, how do you like the taste?

The taste is OK - not a big fan of "fake" strawberry, but it's not unpleasant at all. To keep the "gut" happy, it's no problem at all to chew. I'm a big fan of probiotics, and I don't even have digestive problems. Maybe my preventative measures are why I don't!

I like them.

I usually eat mine just before lunch so I haven't noticed any issues with them.

I love mine too - ! I have mine in the morning, but I take my iron before bed.  Is one tablet per day all we should take?

Hey Tammy here is your answer.

Perfectly fine to take the probiotics with iron at breakfast.
